Terms & Conditions

These apply to all bookings and event executions:

General Terms

  • Event confirmation will be done via email after a detailed discussion.

  • Our team arrives 1 hour prior to manage the full setup.

  • All materials and setup are managed by our team.

  • Tables and chairs must be arranged by the client at the venue.

  • Events are fully beginner-friendly and artist-guided step-by-step.

  • Each participant takes home their completed painting as a keepsake.
     

Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

  • Once invoiced, the full payment must be cleared within 20 days.

  • An 18% interest will be applicable on overdue payments.

  • Additional materials (for up to 4–5 extra participants) can be arranged and billed post-event.

  • Travel charges apply for outstation events (on actuals basis).
     

Add-On Services

  • Food & beverage and professional photography can be arranged at additional cost.

  • F&B can also be arranged via our vendor list (optional).
