Refund & Cancellation Policy

These policies govern cancellations and rescheduling:

Cancellations

  • The advance is non-refundable in case of client-side cancellations.

  • No refunds will be processed if the cancellation happens after our team has reached the venue.
     

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once within 1 month of the confirmed date (subject to availability).
     

Delays

  • A 30-minute grace period is allowed for delays.

  • After that, ₹500 will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.
